Benefit
You gain one extra partial action per round whenever a melee opponent is denied his Dexterity modifier to his AC. The partial action need not be an attack; you can perform any partial action. If you do attack, however, it must be against the opponent currently denied his Dexterity modifier to AC. You gain only one additional partial action regardless of how many melee opponents deprived of their Dexterity modifiers you face.
