Benefit

You can move creatures or objects as if using the violent thrust version of the telekinesis spell. Your caster level is equal to your Hit Dice. A creature can resist being thrown with a successful Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + your Cha modifier). Each time you use this ability, you deal 2 points of Charisma damage to yourself.
